Treasurer’s Report to the members

In keeping with our imperative of being good stewards of money and resources, during the year we established a formal Finance Committee. This has assisted us to further strengthen our financial position especially with regard to our Fund Raising activities and starting up of the Building Fund.

As your Treasurer, I have great pleasure in announcing that we have lodged all our documents and returns on time and have diligently maintained all the necessary accounting records required to prepare the attached Financial Statements. I would like to thank Sarah Rodrigo for all the effort she has put in on a regular basis to keep up with the bookkeeping and accounting requirements of Restore Community Care.

During the year and in conjunction with Restore Community Church, we launched the development of our Building Fund. With just over twelve months of operation, we managed to secure written approval and commitment from our lenders to assist us as we seek God’s plan for a building we can call our own.

By applying the common seal to the Financial Statements, I hereby certify that these Statements have been prepared in accordance with relevant Accounting Standards, Legislative Requirements, and present a true and fair view of the financial performance of Restore Community Care. Overall by God’s amazing grace we have excellent Cash Flow and a strong Balance Sheet.
